One person was killed in a pileup that happened in San Antonio.

Details about the Fatal Accident

KSAT 12 News is reporting that a woman was killed in a four-vehicle pileup accident that happened on a highway on the north east side of San Antonio. According to police, the accident reportedly happened at about 12:30 a.m. on Saturday morning on Interstate 35 near the exit for Thousand Oaks.

San Antonio police are reporting that the driver of a white vehicle slowed down, and that’s when another vehicle drove directly into the rear end of the vehicle.

Police further stated that two trucks were heading down the highway at a high rate of speed when the two trucks collided with the stalled vehicles, killing one of the drivers. Three ambulances responded to the scene of the accident.

The multiple-vehicle accident remains under investigation at this time.
