Pedestrian Hit on FM 3465 in San Antonio

A woman pushing a shopping cart on the side of the road was hit by a vehicle early Wednesday morning.

About the Pedestrian Accident

According to the San Antonio Express-News, a woman in her mid-30s was pushing a cart filled with school supplies on FM 3465 toward Loop 1604 when she was struck by a pickup truck. Authorities received a call concerning the incident around 5 am.

The pickup driver stated she was on her way to work when she did not see the pedestrian and hit her. The pedestrian was transported to the San Antonio Military Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office states no charges will be filed.
