A pedestrian was killed in a hit and run accident that happened in Dallas.

Details about the Fatal Accident

WBAP News is reporting that police are currently looking for the driver of a vehicle that hit and killed a pedestrian late Monday evening in the South Oak Cliff area of Dallas.

The victim has been identified as a man in his 50s. He was exiting a DART bus at the intersection of Ledbetter and Polk when a four-door white sedan hit him. The driver of the sedan stopped momentarily and then sped away from the scene of the accident.

Witness at the scene of the accident have told investigators that they were unable to get a complete license plate number of the white sedan that hit the pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which currently remains ongoing at this time.
