Raynor’s Office Chairs Recalled
Raynor has issued a nationwide recall for their Eurotech Lume office chairs due to a falling hazard.
About the Raynor Office Chair Recall
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), approximately 1,200 units of the Eurotech Lume Office chairs have been sold.
Reports indicate the chair’s seat can detach resulting in a fall hazard to consumers.
These recalled office chairs were sold at Davies Office in New York and Office Furniture Depot Stores in New Jersey and other independent distributors from January 2015 through November 2015 for about $300 per chair.
Description of the Eurotech Lume Office Chairs
The following information was provided by the CPSC:
- Adjustable black, mesh mid-back chairs with 5 wheels
- Item number MF2500
- Date of manufacture in the format YY/MM/DD
- Date of manufacture included in the recall are between 14/10/08 through 15/10/16
No injuries have been reported, but consumers should immediately stop using the recalled office chairs. Consumers should contact Raynor to receive a full refund.
