San Antonio Man Hit and Injured by Pickup Truck

A San Antonio man was injured when he was hit by a pickup truck on Wednesday.

Details about the Pedestrian Accident

KSAT 12 News is reporting that a man is in the hospital after being hit by a pickup truck during the overnight hours in San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

Police further report that the accident happened at about 10 p.m. on Wednesday evening along the 5100 block of Fredericksburg road near the Callaghan intersection on the northwest side of the city. Police say that the man was crossing at a point in the street that did not have a crosswalk when he was hit by the pickup truck.

The man was taken to University Hospital to be treated for his injuries in stable condition. The driver of the pickup truck that hit the man stopped and is not expected to face any charges at this time.
