Details about the Accident Involving the Bus

The New York Daily News is reporting that seven people were injured after a bus and a car were engulfed in flames following a collision in the Los Angeles area.

Cellphone video of the aftermath shows the flames covering the bus and car after the accident that injured seven people on Monday evening.

According to police, witnesses of the accident have stated that three or four people were seen in the burning vehicle. Two police officers and a bystander were able to work together to pull the victims from the vehicle before firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident.

Two of the people who were injured in the accident are currently in critical condition, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Witnesses at the scene of the accident say that speed may have been one of the causes of the crash, however an investigation remains ongoing.
