Seymour Man Injured when Gravel Truck Tips Over

A Seymour man was slightly injured when his gravel truck tipped over while he was trying to make a turn. 

About the Gravel Truck Accident

WBIW News out of Bartholomew County, Indiana is reporting that 24-year-old Clayton Wente from Seymour was injured when the gravel load he was transporting shifted in the truck, causing the semi-trailer to flop onto its side.

The accident happened on the 400 block of South County Road 400 West in Bartholomew County on Monday.

Police report that Wente was traveling west on County Road 450 south when he turned onto County Road 400 and the load of gravel he was carrying shifted which caused his truck and trailer to overturn onto its side.

Police also report that Wente was not seriously injured and was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
