According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) England’s Stove Works Inc. recalls Smartstove freestanding pellet stoves due to a possible laceration hazard.

About the Pellet Stove Recall

In the Smartstove pellet stove, smoke can build up inside the firebox, which can cause ash to build up and the glass in the door to break. This poses a laceration hazard to the consumer. There have been 4 injury reports, one of which has a minor injury.
