A man from Stockton accused of killing a motorcyclist in a DUI accident appears in court.

Details about the Fatal Accident

FOX News 4 is reporting that Luis Alberto Sanchez Manzo appeared in front of a San Joaquin County court judge on Tuesday for his arraignment and entered no plea.

According to investigators, Manzo drove into 31-year-old Tony Randle on Saturday when he was riding his motorcycle in Stockton. Manzo has since been charged with six felonies, including vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, DUI, child abuse, and murder.

After the hearing, Randle’s family was speaking with the Manzo family outside the courtroom. Manzo’s family apologized for his actions, and said that he hadn’t been driving drunk at the time of the crash and that the crash was an accident.

The arraignment from Manzo will continue on April 7, and his bail has been set at $2 million.
