Suspect Due in Court Following Fatal Las Vegas Bus Crash

A man is facing multiple charges following a bus crash that left two people dead and three injured in Las Vegas on September 5.

Details of the Fatal Las Vegas Bus Accident

Jonathan Donner is alleged to have been driving a BMW that ran a red light and broadsided a small tour bus at approximately 7 a.m. at the intersection of the Charleston Boulevard and Main Street, according to KSNV News.

The tour bus fell onto its side, killing the bus driver and an unidentified German citizen plus sending three more passengers to UMC Trauma with burns.

Donner was hospitalized after the accident and later charged with two counts of DUI resulting in death and three counts of DUI causing substantial bodily harm. 

Donner faces DUI charges in the death of two and injury of three passengers of a Las Vegas tour bus. He is expected to appear in court on Monday, September 21, 2015 before Judge Karen Bennett-Haron at the Regional Justice Center.
