Three People in Critical Condition Following Madison County Accident

Three people critically injured in a Madison County car accident have been identified.

Details about the Motor Vehicle Accident

Multiple sources are reporting that the three people who were critically injured on Friday morning in a serious accident in the Madison County town of Nelson have been identified.

According to police, the victims are 19-year-old Cody Warner, 26-year-old Cory Lyrek, and 19-year Old Cameron Thompson. All three of the victims remain in critical condition at the Upstate University Hospital.

The one-vehicle accident happened just before 1:30 a.m. on Friday on Old State Road in Neslon, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s department. All three of the people in the vehicle at the time of the accident were taken to the Upstate Hospital in Syracuse in critical condition.

There were no further details about the accident that were made available at this time – like what caused the accident, or whether or not alcohol was involved.
