According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the Tovin chair legs can bend or break, posing a fall hazard to the user.
The CPSC recommends that consumers stop using the recalled chairs and return them to any Cost Plus World Market or World Market store for a full refund.

- The recalled upholstered Tovin chairs were sold in a black and white print.
- The chairs are 32-inches tall by 23-inches wide, and have a wooden frame with clear floor glides.
- SKU number 507667 is printed on a UPC sticker affixed to the underside of the chair.
- Cost Plus World Market and World Market stores nationwide and online at www.worldmarket.com from July 2015 through October 2015 for about $240.
