Toyota/Lexus Recalls 778,000 Vehicles

Abigail Reyes4 years ago

Toyota is recalling 778,000 Rav4 and Lexus HS 250 Hybrid vehicles due to rear suspension issues which could contribute to loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.

According to the recall notice, the nuts in the rear wheel alignment may not be properly tightened when the vehicles are serviced. As a result, the rear suspension may develop unwanted movement and rust leading to thread damage. This can lead to loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of an auto crash.

Important Information for Toyota and Lexus Owners

  • This recall involves 2006-2011 Toyota RAV4 and 2010 Lexus HS 250 Hybrid vehicles.
