Truck Collides with School Buses, Injures Four Students

Four students were injured in an accident involving a truck and five school uses.

Details about the School Bus Accident

The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that four students from Seminole High School were injured on Wednesday afternoon after they were involved in an accident in which a truck hit five school buses and caused minor damage, according to officials.

Three of the injured students were treated at the scene of the accident, which happened on County Road 46A and Old Lake Mary Road. One of the injured students was taken to a local hospital in unknown condition, according to a spokesperson from the Seminole County Public Schools.

The school buses were leaving Seminole High School in Sanford at about 1:30 p.m., when a truck that was hauling another three vehicle hit the school buses.

Apparently, the driver of the truck was completely unaware he had hit the buses, and was tracked down. Since being tracked down and notified, the driver of the truck has been completely cooperative with authorities.
