A player for the Tulsa Roughnecks remains in the hospital after an accident in Florida.

Details about the Florida Accident

The Tulsa World is reporting that a midfielder for the Tulsa Roughnecks FC was still in the care of the hospital on Wednesday after a team van carrying a total of six players was involved in a traffic accident in Florida.

Player Henry Manhebo required the most attention at the hospital out of all of those who were injured in the accident, according to a news release from the soccer team organization.

Manhebo was reported as resting in stable condition as of Wednesday afternoon.

Three other players, whose names have not been released, were also injured in the accident and taken to the hospital but were treated for minor injuries and released.

The van carrying the players was traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville on Wednesday morning.

The news release that was issued by the soccer organization did not include any details regarding the circumstances of the accident.

An athletic trainer will remain at the hospital with Manhebo, while the rest of the team continues on their journey to Jacksonville, according to the press release.
