Two people were killed after a motorcycle accident in Texas.

Details about the Fatal Texas Motorcycle Accident

Multiple sources are reporting that a man from San Angelo and a woman from Odessa were both killed after their motorcycle was hit by a truck on Tuesday in Coke County.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at about 12:20 pm. along US Highway 87, about 4.4 miles north of Water Valley on Tuesday. The accident reportedly happened when a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck was heading southbound on US 87 in the far, outside lane. The pickup truck hit the motorcycle from behind.

The victims in the motorcycle accident have been identified as 36-year-old Jon Levie Phillips of San Angelo and 31-year-old Daniealle Renee Baley of Odessa. Both were killed in the accident. The driver of the Dodge pickup truck was not injured, and the accident remains under investigation at this time.
