Details about the Utility Pole Accident

KSAT 12 News is reporting that two people were taken to the hospital after crashing their vehicle into a telephone pole in the San Antonio area early on Sunday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The accident reportedly happened just after 2 a.m. near the intersection of East Sandau and Isom Road, which is near the San Antonio International Airport, police further stated.

Police have also stated that the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed directly into a telephone pole. At this time, it not exactly known for certain what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle, but an investigation into the cause of the accident remains ongoing at this time.

Both the man and the woman inside the vehicle at the time of the accident were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
