Woman Charged in Delaware School Bus Crash
A young woman has been cited after colliding with a Red Lion school bus, sending 16 people to the hospital.
About the Red Lion School Bus Accident
The school bus was carrying about 45 Wilbur Elementary School students to school when the accident occurred.
Reports indicate that the bus, driven by Nichole Lamber, 26, was stopped at a red light behind several other vehicles waiting to turn left into the school entrance.
When the light turned green, Brooks’ 2013 Kia Soul rear ended the bus with enough impact for the vehicle to become stuck under the bus.
Investigations into the accident continue.
