Woman Dies after Accident on Texas 47

One woman was killed in an accident that happened on Texas 47. 

Details about the Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident 

According to The Eagle, Margaret Alexander, a 52-year-old woman from Texas died on Monday after being invovled in a motor vehicle accident. The accident was caused when a 16-year-old girl was driving on the highway and made a lane change and rear ended the vehicle in front of her. 

The two vehicles spun out of control upon contact and hit the bridge's concrete barrier. At this point in the investigation, authorities do not believe that the victim was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. 

The teenager wasn't injured during the accident, and no charges have been filed at this time.
