The San Antonio Express-News reports that a San Marcos, Texas woman will serve a life sentence after being arrested for driving while intoxicated for the sixth time.

Life Sentence for Drunk Driving

  • Rose Ann Davidson, 44, will serve a life sentence after her sixth driving while intoxicated conviction.
  • Davidson’s DWI arrests date back to 1996 and she has served prison time before as a result.
  • This most recent arrest occurred July 2012 when she was pulled over for erratic driving.
  • It was determined that Davidson was drunk, and she had an open container in the car.
