Worker Killed in Long Island Construction Accident
Details of the Accident
According to the Houston Chronicle, the man was killed after a wall collapsed at the Crabapple Court home Monday afternoon.
The contractor, Julian Castellanos, and two other workers were building an outside entrance for a basement apartment. They had completed two retaining walls and were working on the entrance’s steps when one of the walls collapsed.
Castellanos was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two workers were not injured.
