Ms. Alexandria Risinger is an experienced civil trial attorney with a background in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and a broad range of civil litigation matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, where she received a Special Distinction in the Litigation/Civil Litigation Track. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Portland.
Ms. Risinger has handled 13 trials, serving as sole chair in four, and has extensive courtroom experience involving motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. Her litigation experience includes personal injury, mass tort litigation, medical malpractice, employment law, contract and business disputes, and real estate matters.
Throughout her career, Ms. Risinger has represented injured plaintiffs in complex litigation and has pursued personal injury and insurance claims. She has also defended clients in significant civil disputes and handled contested motions involving discovery disputes, dispositive motions, venue, contempt, and injunctive relief. Her experience includes taking and defending depositions of doctors, corporate representatives, and experts, as well as representing clients during mediations and preparing them for trial.
Ms. Risinger has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star from 2019 through 2024. She has also received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers, the Million Dollar Advocate and Multimillion Dollar Advocate organizations, and other legal organizations. She has authored and co-authored publications addressing noneconomic damages and Texas civil litigation.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Risinger has served in leadership roles with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court. She has also provided pro bono legal services through the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) and volunteered with the Dallas Urban Debate League.
