401(k) Plan
The firm offers a premier 401(k) retirement package, matching the first 4% of eligible pay contributed by an employee. These contributions are automatically and immediately 100% vested.
Vacation & Paid Time Off
Full-time employees are eligible for one week of paid vacation after one year of employment and two weeks of paid vacation per year after two years of employment. Eligible employees also accrue All Purpose Leave bi-weekly, providing employees additional flexible paid time off.
Continuing Education
The Firm conducts ongoing training and development in-house, including paralegal training and litigation training programs. The Firm also participates in the cost of education programs deemed mutually beneficial to employees following one year of service at Thomas J. Henry.
Employee Recognition Programs
The Firm offers various employee recognition programs, including a Quarterly Top Performers event in which employees are treated to a banquet dinner with the owner of the law firm and law firm management.

Health, Dental & Life Insurance
The firm pays a large portion of the premiums for each employee’s health, dental, and vision insurance. Dependent coverage is available at the employee’s expense. Each employee is awarded $50,000 in Term Life/Accident Death and Personal Loss benefits at no cost. Additional life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability benefits are also available.
Wellness Program
