Mr. Bradley Tinger is a dedicated trial attorney with a diverse legal background and strong litigation experience. He represents clients in matters involving car accidents, truck accidents, and other personal injury claims, bringing both courtroom experience and strategic case development to every matter he handles.
Mr. Tinger has served as first chair in motions and jury trials and has managed cases through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation and discovery to negotiation and resolution. His experience includes handling complex personal injury claims, contract disputes, probate matters, and custody cases, giving him a well-rounded perspective when advocating for his clients.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Tinger worked with established firms where he managed significant caseloads and helped secure favorable outcomes through both settlement and trial. Notably, he has negotiated and resolved millions of dollars in personal injury settlements and has extensive experience analyzing medical records, evaluating liability, and navigating insurance coverage issues.
Mr. Tinger’s path to becoming an attorney was shaped by his undergraduate experience studying nuclear engineering, where he worked closely with complex regulatory frameworks and safety standards. That exposure sparked his interest in the law and the role it plays in protecting people. While in law school, his work with the public defender’s office further solidified his commitment to helping clients navigate difficult circumstances and achieve the best possible outcomes.
He earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Charleston School of Law, where he graduated near the top of his class and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. Mr. Tinger also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University, along with a minor in mathematics and a certificate in safety engineering.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Tinger has remained engaged in his community, previously participating in the Russellville Leadership Class and supporting local Little League organizations. He is married with two cats. In his free time, Mr. Tinger is an avid golfer and also plays in a men’s league baseball league.
