Cammie Taylor

Ms. Cammie Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University. She went on to earn a Master of Business Administration and her Juris Doctor at Texas Tech University. In law school, she trained as a mediator and mediated civil and family disputes through the law school’s clinic.

Ms. Taylor brings nearly 20 years of experience in labor and employment matters. Before entering legal practice, she held senior human resources roles in the private and public sectors, including serving as Chief People Officer for an international company. In those roles, she advised executives and governing boards on employment law compliance, conducted workplace investigations, and drafted employment and severance agreements. She also handled FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, and ERISA matters. She supported counsel in administrative proceedings and worked with outside counsel on employment-based immigration. From 2019 to 2020, she taught Employment and Labor Law as an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

At Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Taylor works out of the firm’s Dallas office, helping clients who have been injured through the negligence of others. She previously chaired the Utah County Government Retirement & Investment Board and served on the Women in Technology Advisory Board at Utah Valley University.
