Claire Dixon

Ms. Claire Dixon earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology, with a minor in chemistry, from the University of Mississippi.

Dixon spent several years in law clerk roles at Mississippi firms, much of it on personal injury matters. She drafted complaints, motions, summary judgment briefing, expert witness designations, and confidential settlement letters and memoranda. She researched workers’ compensation, uninsured motorist coverage, building code violations, and wrongful death and survival statutes. She also attended depositions and worked directly with clients through intake and follow-up. Most recently, she worked in Houston’s energy industry, analyzing title opinions, leases, and probate records to determine mineral ownership and resolve title issues.

At Thomas J. Henry Law, Dixon brings her litigation drafting experience and careful research to advocating for injured clients and their families. She is committed to clear communication and to guiding clients through every stage of their case.
