Darwin Pierre-Louis

Mr. Darwin Pierre-Louis earned his Juris Doctor at Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he was a member of the Black Law Students Association and the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in health service administration with a minor in business administration from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where he earned Dean’s List recognition and was active in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the Residential Hall Association.

Mr. Pierre-Louis built his legal foundation across the courthouse, the public defender’s office, and private practice. He served as a judicial intern in the Broward County Courthouse, conducting legal research and preparing case summaries and recommendations for judicial consideration while analyzing statutes, case law, and fact patterns to support courtroom decision-making. He then interned with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where he reviewed evidentiary materials and case files to assess defense strategies and case viability, and interviewed clients directly to explain the legal process and gather the details his supervising attorneys needed. He went on to spend nearly five years with a Fort Lauderdale law office, reviewing and analyzing contract documents, evaluating nonperformance and breach questions, resolving business and civil disputes, and preparing legal documents and correspondence for attorney review. Alongside his legal work, he has advised clients through real property transactions as a licensed real estate agent and has consulted on operations and employment compliance for a Florida services company. That mix of case analysis, document discipline, and direct client counseling shapes how he prepares a case today.

As an attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Pierre-Louis represents clients involved in car accidents, truck accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents. He is proficient in Haitian Creole and holds licenses as a Florida real estate sales associate and as an annuity, life, and health insurance agent.
