David M. Fajardo

Mr. David M. Fajardo earned his Juris Doctor at Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in government with a minor in social work from The University of Texas at Austin, where he received University Honors recognition and served as Messenger for the Texas Alpha chapter of Phi Kappa Psi.

Mr. Fajardo built his legal foundation inside a personal injury practice. He spent three years with a San Antonio injury firm, where he handled intake for prospective clients, supported attorneys and paralegals through the discovery phase, drafted letters of protection, requested and tracked records from medical providers, prepared summary judgment documents, and built case indexes to keep files organized and court-ready. He also sat in on depositions to follow the development of active matters, and he helped move the firm’s caseload onto a modern case management platform. Earlier, as an intern with a Houston law office, he drafted demand letters in a landlord and tenant dispute, prepared initial criminal discovery, researched business formation and nonprofit questions, and documented research supporting a personal injury claim against law enforcement. That early exposure to client intake, medical records, and discovery gives him a practical view of how an injury case is built.

As an attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Fajardo represents clients involved in car accidents, truck accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents. He takes part in the Hispanic Young Lawyers Student Association mentorship program at Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association. Outside the office, he enjoys sports, fitness, technology, traveling, and cooking.
