Devin Norman

Mr. Devin Norman studied biology and chemistry at McNeese State University. He then earned his doctorate in pharmacy from the Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and became licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, he also worked as a peer mentor tutor at the College of Pharmacy, helping students in medicinal chemistry, biostatistics, pharmacology, and kinetics.

Before practicing law, Mr. Norman spent more than a decade as a pharmacist across Greater Houston. He oversaw pharmacy operations, kept them compliant with state board rules, and counseled patients. He also managed pharmacy operations for an inpatient unit caring for critically ill COVID-19 patients, rounding daily with the care team to check on patients. As a summer associate at a Katy law firm, he drafted demand letters, helped with discovery, did legal research for trial preparation, and sat in on depositions.

At Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Norman works out of the firm’s Houston office, helping clients who have been injured through the negligence of others. His medical and pharmaceutical background gives him a useful view of injuries, treatment, and medical records. Outside the office, he is an experienced musician who plays percussion, piano, and marimba.
