Eric Stinson

Mr. Eric Stinson received his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law in Austin, Texas, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas.

Before joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Stinson founded and led his own general practice firm in San Antonio, where he built the practice from the ground up and carried matters from the first client meeting through resolution. His work there centered on immigration, criminal defense, and estate planning, three areas that require close client counseling, careful legal drafting, and steady advocacy for people facing decisions with lasting consequences for their families.

As the attorney responsible for every stage of his cases, Mr. Stinson developed strengths in legal research and analysis, litigation, contract drafting, and negotiation. Running his own firm also meant managing a law office and its caseload directly, and he brings that ownership mindset to the clients he represents today.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Stinson has focused his practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. He approaches each case with the same attention he gave clients as a solo practitioner, keeping them informed and prepared at every stage.
