Ms. Hannah M. Mozee earned her Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she received the Dean’s Law General Scholarship and was a member of the Women’s Law Association. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Texas State University, where she graduated from the College of Business and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Ms. Mozee built her legal foundation through clinic, prosecution, and investigative work across Texas. As a student attorney with the consumer protection division of the St. Mary’s Civil Justice Clinic, she represented a client in a matter to clear title to property, conducting client and family interviews, investigating family history, locating missing family members, and drafting affidavits and deeds. She also represented a client in an eviction proceeding, coordinating with the San Antonio Housing Authority to obtain records, drafting answers, and keeping the client informed throughout the case. She handled client intakes for the clinic and referred clients to other legal services when their matters fell outside its scope. As a Title IX intern with the University of Texas at San Antonio Equal Opportunity Services, she assisted with investigations, analyzed documents and collected evidence, and prepared written findings and recommendations. Earlier, as a law clerk with the civil division of a Texas district attorney’s office, she conducted legal research, compiled case facts, and drafted motions, proposed orders, and memoranda.
As an attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Mozee drafts discovery requests and responses, pleadings, motions and responses to motions, and demand letters for clients involved in car accidents, truck accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents. She prepares cases for trial alongside lead counsel and conducts research on prospective jurors to support jury selection. She also makes herself available after hours, on weekends, and on holidays to speak with prospective clients about their cases and walk them through the firm’s representation agreement. She has volunteered with the San Antonio Legal Services Association and served as secretary of both the People’s Parity Project and The Law Society for Sports, Entertainment, and Media.

When I had my car accident I didn’t know who to call. I got pointed in the right direction from a good person I know. I appreciate everything my legal team did for me.
I highly recommend TJH for any personal injury case.
I had a great experience! Me and my daughter got in a car accident 2023 and they were able to reach a settlement for us. My favorite aspect was the communication and how much they care. Highly recommend!
