Jackson Morrison

Mr. Jackson Morrison is a trial attorney who has handled civil litigation matters from the pleading stage through verdict since 2020, with a practice concentrated in commercial fleet and trucking collisions. He has first-chair trial experience from voir dire to verdict.

Mr. Morrison received his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law from the University of Arizona, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Morrison previously served Thomas J. Henry Law as a briefing attorney and later as a trial attorney in senior litigation, drafting motions, responses, petitions, and orders, arguing discovery motions, taking fact, liability, corporate representative, and expert depositions, retaining experts, conducting mediations, and preparing cases for trial. In the years between, he managed a trucking docket as a personal injury associate with a Dallas plaintiffs’ firm and later served as a litigation attorney with another Dallas firm, where he carried a docket of more than fifty cases, directed litigation and trial strategy, and trained and supervised a team of seven support staff.

Since rejoining the firm, Mr. Morrison has focused his practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. He works cases with trial in view from the outset, building the record through discovery and deposition testimony so that each matter is positioned for resolution or verdict.
