Jordan Schlinger is an attorney with experience spanning patent prosecution, civil litigation, and public defense, with a strong technical foundation in computer science. Jordan brings a versatile background that combines analytical rigor, courtroom exposure, and a demonstrated commitment to public service.
Jordan earned a Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List and competed on the National Trail Competition Team and the USPTO Patent Application Drafting Competition Team. During Law school, Jordan gained experience across a broad range of legal settings.
His litigation experience includes assisting with all phases of civil litigation and supporting indigent clients in serious felony cases. Across these roles, Jordan developed strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, with experience drafting memoranda, briefs, and demand letters, as well as appearing in court.
In addition to legal practice, Jordan has extensive teaching and client-facing experience as a long-time LSAT tutor and consultant, where he instructed and mentored aspiring law students and lead introductory courses.
Jordan is conversational in Spanish and has elementary proficiency in German, Japanese, and French.
