Katharine
Simms

Ms. Katharine Simms received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the St. Mary’s University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor in Human Communication from Trinity University.

Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Simms spent several years practicing criminal defense law. She was a member of the criminal justice clinic at St. Mary’s University for her last year of law school, was a misdemeanor public defender representing clients both at the trial level and at the appellate level, and briefly practiced family law. Outside of her career in law, Ms. Simms likes to participate at local flea markets and different art events throughout San Antonio. Ms. Simms shares four cats with her partner and loves to play the guitar and piano in her spare time.

As an attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Simms focuses her practice on the representation of clients involved in personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries at the pre-litigation phase.
