Kenneth Hall

Mr. Kenneth Hall received his Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law in Dallas, Texas and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he minored in Arabic.

During law school, Mr. Hall was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Honor Society and earned his strongest marks in civil procedure, torts, professional responsibility, and the school’s legal clinic. His clinic work and coursework in client interviewing and counseling gave him early practice in meeting clients, developing facts, and translating a client’s account of events into a workable case strategy.

Mr. Hall gained litigation experience as a legal intern with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, where he conducted client intake interviews and factual investigations, researched statutory and case law in consumer protection, landlord-tenant, and probate matters, and drafted motions, legal memoranda, and demand letters for supervising attorneys. He also prepared attorneys for hearings and negotiations by summarizing judicial rulings and drafting responsive pleadings. As a research assistant with a Dallas-area firm, he researched federal and international law questions and drafted motions, complaints, and memoranda used in court filings.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Hall spent nearly a decade in organizational leadership as a co-founder and national secretary of a nonprofit, where he drafted policies and bylaws, negotiated agreements with community partners, prepared annual reports, and supervised teams of more than twenty employees and volunteers. That background sharpened the judgment, discretion, and written communication he now brings to client matters. He also has a working knowledge of conversational Arabic.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Hall has focused his practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. He is committed to thorough case development and to keeping clients informed at every stage of their claim.
