Lee Young, III

Attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law’s San Antonio Office

Mr. Lee Young, III earned his Juris Doctor cum laude at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, where he ranked in the top quarter of his graduating class, earned Dean’s List recognition, served as a legal research assistant, and passed the Texas bar exam prior to graduation. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.

Mr. Young brings a business and transactional background to his legal work. As a legal intern with a national infrastructure corporation, he supported the mergers and acquisitions team by reviewing and interpreting the company’s rights across more than one hundred domestic and foreign agreements, analyzing lease agreements to support new site acquisitions, and drafting lease renewal and termination letters consistent with the underlying contracts. As a legal intern with a Houston firm, he drafted correspondence and a nonprofit social media policy, researched and helped draft a will and a legal brief, and consolidated and reviewed thousands of emails during discovery. Earlier in his career, he spent several years as a sales consultant advising hundreds of businesses on company policies and building client relationships, and he taught English to elementary students in Beijing while tutoring journalists at a national newspaper. During law school, he served as treasurer of the Christian Legal Society and completed the school’s Leadership Institute.

As an attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Young represents clients involved in car accidents, truck accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents. His contract analysis and business training give him a working command of the corporate and insurance interests that often sit on the other side of an injury claim.
