Mamuka Dzhalagoniia earned his Master of Laws from the University of Southern California, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Law and a Certificate in U.S. Legal Studies. At USC, he placed in the top 25 percent in U.S. legal studies skills and in legal writing. Before coming to the United States, he earned a Bachelor of Laws from Saint Petersburg State University (FINEC) in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Before joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Dzhalagoniia spent several years supporting attorneys at law firms across California. As a legal secretary at a civil litigation firm, he worked on discovery, motion practice, and court filings, and drafted memoranda, discovery requests, and subpoenas. He also worked as a legal assistant, case assistant, and paralegal on criminal, corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters, and he reviewed mortgage files for regulatory compliance. More recently, he did pro bono legal research on immigration, landlord-tenant, civil procedure, and employment law.
Mr. Dzhalagoniia now represents injured clients from Thomas J. Henry Law’s Austin office. He speaks English, Georgian, Mingrelian, and Russian.
