Ms. Meaghan Pellerin received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in Houston, Texas and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She completed a Diplôme d’études collégiales in law at Vanier College in Montreal, where she was named to the Dean’s List and served as a peer tutor in English.
During law school, Ms. Pellerin joined the Houston Bar Association and completed training as a certified mediator. She then served as a court mediator with the Fort Bend County Justice of the Peace Court, where she worked directly with parties to resolve disputes before they reached trial. That work gave her practical experience in negotiation and in explaining legal options to people in the middle of a dispute.
Ms. Pellerin also gained litigation experience through internships with two Texas firms. At a Galveston firm, she conducted legal research, drafted a range of legal documents, and assisted with case documentation. An earlier internship with a Houston firm placed her alongside a partner in day-to-day practice, giving her an early view of how cases are developed and managed.
Ms. Pellerin was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2025. She is fluent in French, both written and spoken, and is able to communicate with clients in either language.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Pellerin has focused her practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. Her mediation background informs how she prepares claims and how she communicates with clients about their options.
Outside of work, Ms. Pellerin is a co-author of several science fiction books.
