Nicholas P. Resendis

Mr. Nicholas P. Resendis is an attorney at Thomas J. Henry’s San Antonio office.

Mr. Resendis earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, in 2024. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.

While attending law school, Mr. Resendis served as a Teacher’s Assistant for Torts I and II. He also gained legal experience through internships with several San Antonio law offices and the Earl Carl Institute at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. His experience included conducting legal research, reviewing court records and discovery, drafting memoranda, motions, proposed orders, and briefs, and assisting attorneys with hearings and trial preparation.

Mr. Resendis also gained experience with the Innocence Project, where he researched trial and appellate court records, organized case research, and presented findings to supervising attorneys.

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Resendis has worked in education as an Educational Partner with Harlandale Independent School District, where he manages a first-grade classroom, prepares lesson plans, and teaches students in preparation for unit assessments.

Mr. Resendis brings his background in legal research, writing, issue identification, and problem solving to his work advocating for individuals and families following serious accidents and injuries.
