Mr. Pierce Ruiz earned his Juris Doctor at South Texas College of Law Houston in Houston, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He is a licensed Texas attorney and holds a Texas mediator certification.
Mr. Ruiz built his legal foundation through litigation and case preparation work. He performed legal contract work with a Houston firm, assisting with litigation involving construction defects and insurance claims, which gave him direct exposure to disputed liability, insurance carrier positions, and the documentation required to move a contested claim forward. Earlier, as an intern with a Brownsville attorney, he supported case research, case preparation, and calendaring for an active docket.
