Mr. Praise C. Orjih received his Master of Laws from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas, where his coursework included case management and client evaluation, torts, civil procedure, contracts, mediation, and legal writing. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nigeria in Nsukka, Enugu State, and completed his professional training at the Nigerian Law School in Lagos, where he was admitted as a Barrister at Law.
During his legal training, Mr. Orjih served as a student executive member of the Nigerian Law School Clinic at the Yola campus. He has also earned a mediation certificate from Texas A&M University School of Law in association with Tarrant County and holds a certification from the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Orjih practiced as legal compliance counsel at a firm in Lagos, Nigeria, where he conducted risk assessments, advised corporate and startup clients on governance and regulatory obligations, performed due diligence and title searches for real estate transactions, drafted deeds, contracts, and regulatory filings, and supported senior attorneys in arbitration, tribunal, and court proceedings. He has also worked as a legal consultant advising businesses on licensing, compliance, and risk, and drafting and negotiating agreements.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Orjih has focused his practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. He is fluent in English and a native Igbo speaker, and he brings a detail-driven approach to case preparation and client communication.
