Sabrina A. Banks

Ms. Sabrina A. Banks earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Law Review, received the CALI Award in Evidence, and worked as a student attorney in the Technology & Entrepreneurship Clinic. Before law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, with a minor in Business Administration, from Louisiana State University.

Ms. Banks has worked in litigation support and legal compliance. As a law clerk at a Baton Rouge law firm, she drafted and edited legal memoranda on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence claims. She also helped attorneys manage cases, organize discovery responses, and prepare materials for depositions and trials, and she summarized witness statements and deposition transcripts for trial preparation and settlement evaluation. Her experience also includes compliance work as a law clerk for a national financial services company, where she reviewed advertising and promotional materials for consumer protection and intellectual property compliance. As a legal intern with a national retailer, she did data privacy work. She also spent several years in client implementation and onboarding, where she handled contract setup and reported project status to executive sponsors.

Ms. Banks now serves as an attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law’s Dallas office. There, she brings her research, writing, and case preparation skills to the firm’s personal injury clients and their families.
