Mr. Boyd earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2024. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Letters, cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma in 2021.
Before joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Boyd gained legal experience through internships and a summer associate position involving personal injury, litigation, criminal law, and health care matters. His experience includes drafting motions, memoranda, demand letters, and discovery materials; conducting legal research; assisting with trial preparation; and developing arguments related to liability and other legal issues.
During his legal internships, Mr. Boyd worked alongside attorneys on cases at various stages of litigation, including initiating discovery, requesting depositions and interrogatories, preparing for trials and hearings, and researching substantive legal issues. He also gained experience with matters involving nursing facilities, hospitals, and health care policies while working with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services in Boston.
Mr. Boyd brings his background in legal research, litigation preparation, and advocacy to his work representing individuals and families following serious accidents and injuries.
