Mr. Wyatt Austin Smith earned his Juris Doctor at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in general business with a minor in pre-law from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Mr. Smith built his foundation through litigation, corporate, and healthcare legal work across Texas. As an intern with a boutique Fort Worth litigation firm, he assisted with discovery and case investigation, analyzed client medical records, and observed hearings and depositions, giving him early exposure to how an injury file is developed and defended. As a legal extern with a Dallas hospital system, he researched employment law and compliance questions and reviewed and edited institutional policy documents for board review.
