18-Wheeler Accident Leaves One Dead, Bexar County
KSAT reports that one man was pronounced dead after colliding with an 18-wheeler along Highway 90 in west Bexar County on Monday afternoon.
Details of the Accident
The crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. at the Highway 90 and Highway 211 intersection, near Medina Valley.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office reports that a small box truck traveling westbound on the Highway 90 access road didn’t stop at the intersection and crossed in the path of an 18-wheeler.
Both vehicles collided and the driver of the box truck was ejected. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
State Highway 211 was closed for several hours following the crash.
