Two Dead in a Blazing Crash on US 281
On June 26th, Tarleton Texan football lost another member who was involved in a car accident.
Details about the Fatal Car Accident
According to The Flash Today, “Stephenville High School (class of ’13) grad Alex Sanchez was killed when his 2014 Chrysler 300 crossed the center lane and struck a 1997 Ford pickup. The crash also killed Lyle Thomas Hussong, 26, also of Stephenville.”
The accident happened around 2 a.m. when Sanchez was driving carelessly as he drove on the wrong side of the highway, causing a collision with the pickup driven by Hussong.
Both drivers died immediately and the US highway 281 was closed for approximately three hours.
