Thomas J. Henry Certified as a “Great Place to Work”
SAN ANTONIO, TX (July 17, 2019) – San Antonio personal injury firm Thomas J. Henry has been certified as a “Great Place to Work” by Great Place to Work Institute.
The “Great Place to Work” certification leverages 30 years of quantifiable research to analyze the state of an company’s workplace culture and show how it compares to the best in the world. To become certified, a company’s employees must complete an anonymous survey describing their experiences with the company and how they feel about their work environment and the career opportunities it offers. Great Places to Work Institute then reviews the surveys to ensure a company is delivering a “consistently high-trust experience” for all employees prior to certification.
As part of the certification, Thomas J. Henry is also considered for applicable “Best Workplaces” list for up to a year.
