Thomas J. Henry Honored at TAMUCC President’s Ball
Corpus Christi, TX, April 4, 2012 – On Friday, March 30, Thomas J. Henry was honored at the 2012 Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi President’s Ball. The event recognized individuals, businesses and organizations for contributions made to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
During the ball, Mr. Henry was inducted into the Gold Inner Circle of Excellence Society, which recognizes the university’s top donors.
“I feel humbled and honored to have been recognized like this by the university,” Thomas J. Henry.
In 2011, Mr. Henry’s donations led to the construction of the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Thomas J. Henry Tennis Center on the new Momentum Campus. In 2012, he made accompanying donations including the purchase of six state-of-the-art electronic scoreboards for the center.
“I will continue to support Texas A&M University Corpus Christi and do everything I can to make sure these student athletes have the resources they need,” Thomas J. Henry.
