Details of the San Antonio Motorcycle Accident
According to the San Antonio Express-News, Aaron Lee Beaugard, 22, was traveling north on West Loop 1604 near Wiseman Boulevard when he collided with a Ford pickup truck.
A preliminary report suggested the truck was making a turnaround onto the highway and immediately moved into the right lane of traffic after exiting the turnaround to turn onto Northwest Vista College.
The impact caused Beaugard to be thrown from his motorcycle and hit a sign on the side of the highway, severing both of his legs.
