Amber M. Simpson

Associate Attorney at Thomas J. Henry's Houston Office

Ms. Amber M. Simpson is an associate attorney currently representing injured clients in personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. She has personally handled cases from intake to trial and previously worked in municipal courts as a municipal prosecutor.

Ms. Simpson earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Laude where she graduated cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration.

While in law school, Ms. Simpson was a Mock Trial team member and participated in regional and national competitions. She also served as Chief Justice of the Board of Advocates and, due to her dedication to advocacy, Ms. Simpson was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers, an honor only awarded to a few students who display excellence in courtroom advocacy.

Ms. Simpson is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and currently works out of Thomas J. Henry’s Houston office.

Outside of work, Ms. Simpson enjoys watching movies and spending time with her friends and family. She also participates in an annual fund-raising event that benefits children with sickle cell anemia.
